Description
A dynamic respiratory device for acute care, the MediVent ICU is built to help patients breathe easier while optimizing comfort. The MediVent ICU was engineered to provide a flexible solution for acute respiratory conditions with intuitive technology, straightforward functionality and portability. Utilizing one of the top respiratory modules available, with an integrated high performance turbine motor—making it independent from compressed air.
The MediVent ICU balances robustness and safety with sensitivity and comfort to the patient. This provides critical care solutions and respiratory therapies for the ICU, as well as invasive and non-invasive breathing assistance for adult and pediatric patients.
Benefits
Ventilation Modes – Pressure Controlled Ventilation (PC)
This mode allowing the patient to trigger a synchronized breath.
Pressure Regulated Volume Controlled Ventilation (PRVC)
This mode allowing the patient to trigger a synchronized breath. The mode determines the driving pressure above peep as such to guarantee the expired volume, Vte.
Pressure Support Ventilation (PS)
This mode allowing the patient to receive PS stoked with an adjustable pressure.
Continuous Positive Airway Pressure Ventilation (CPAP)
This mode is available.
- Ventilation mode swapping without ventilation interruption
- O2 boost
- Generate 100% O2 to the patient for 2 minutes
- Tidal volume calculation based on predicted body weight
- Can be used with trolley or hooked to bed for easy transport
- Rail mount on Trolly for humidification device connection
- Back-up battery
- Proximal flow sensor for precise measurements
- Integrated back-up battery
- System can work ith or without Oxygen supply, can work with air from environment.
